Maple Smoked Pork Loin

- Bonless Pork Loin- silver skin removed shopping list
- King's Dark syrup (or any maple syrup) shopping list
- Black ground pepper shopping list
- liquid smoke shopping list
- water shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 375
- Line a baking pan with foil and use roasting rack
- Add water to bottom of pan so it's even with bottom of roasting rack
- Spray Pan and rack with non-stick spray
- Lay trimmed pork loin in pan and season with black pepper
- Pour syrup over loin (enough to coat top of loin)
- Add a few teaspoons of liquid smoke to top of loin (little dab will do ya)
- Rub mixture all over loin to evenly coat
- Roast uncovered in oven until internal temp reads 135 to 140
- If Roast is darkening and internal temp has not reached 135 cover with foil till finished.
- I use the water and the pork drippings as a broth over sliced loin during service. Add more water before roasting if more broth is desired.
