I remember my grandmother making this dish as I was growing up. I loved it. Some people say it tastes similar to Lasagna. I hope you enjoy it as much as my family does.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Bag Egg noodles
  • 1/2 block Velvetta cheese
  • 2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 2 cans Tomato soup
  • 9x12 pan

Directions
  1. Pre Heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Brown Ground Beef and Cook Egg Noodles on stove top
  3. After ground beef is cooked, drain grease
  4. Drain egg noodles when they are done.
  5. Mix together ground beef and the 4 cans of soup- do not add water.
  6. Slice about half the block of cheese. I usually cut about 1/2 inch thick.
  7. Now you will rotate the folowing in this order:
  8. noodles,ground beef mixture,cheese
  9. This should be about 3 layers high.
  10. Top casserole with cheese. I ususally shred the velvetta, as this makes a better presentation. You can always slice the cheese as well.
  11. Cook in oven for 20 min or until cheese is browing. Remember all ingredients are already cooked, you are just melting the cheese.
