- Bridford loaf (comes in a 3 pack use 1 for each focaccia shopping list
- jalapeno artichoke dip (costco item) OR bruschetta toppings in gourmet section of grocery store (artichoke parmesean in olive oil, etc) shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- tomatoe/pizza/jar red sauce shopping list
- parmesan cheese shopping list
- fresh herbs (whatever you have I use rosemary, French , oregano, shopping list
- sea salt shopping list
- fresh ground pepper shopping list
- fresh chopped garlic shopping list
- Jalaeno pepper jack shopping list
- adell's sausage sliced shopping list
- salame/peperoni, sliced shopping list
- mushrooms, sliced shopping list
- onions, chipped shopping list
- bell peppe\r,chopped shopping list
- olives (green or black your preference), chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Defrost bread per package directions on a jellyroll size pan with olive oil under and on bread
- let it rise until it will roll out and then let it rise again to fill pan
- poke gently to make dimples. spread with olive oil
- spread with tomatoe/pasta/pizza sauce
- chop herbs and garlic and sprinkle over bread
- generously grind seasalt and pepper, you want it coarse
- spread jalapeno artichoke dip or teppenade on center of bread.
- Top with vegetables & meats
- Shread Cheese on top
- Bake 375 10 minutes
- bake an additional 15 minutes with foil over edge if it is getting too brown
- Temp of done bread is 195F cook till middle crust is done, bottom will be golden
