Focaccia Recipe
This recipe uses the Bridgeford ffozen bread dough that is ready to rise and use, topped with anything you like here are some suggestions

Ingredients
  • bridford loaf (comes in a 3 pack use 1 for each focaccia
  • jalapeno artichoke dip (costco item)
  • parmesan chese
  • fresh herbs (whatever you have I use rosemary, French , oregano,
  • sea salt
  • fresh ground pepper
  • fresh chopped garlic
  • Jalaeno pepper jack

Directions
  1. Defrost bread per package directions on a jellyroll size pan
  2. let it rise until it will roll out and then let it rise again to fill pan
  3. chop herbs and garlic and sprinkle over bread
  4. generously grind seasalt and pepper, you want it coarse
  5. spread jalapeno artichoke
  6. Not done yet don't know how to save back later
