How to make it

  • Defrost bread per package directions on a jellyroll size pan with olive oil under and on bread
  • let it rise until it will roll out and then let it rise again to fill pan
  • poke gently to make dimples. spread with olive oil
  • spread with tomatoe/pasta/pizza sauce
  • chop herbs and garlic and sprinkle over bread
  • generously grind seasalt and pepper, you want it coarse
  • spread jalapeno artichoke dip or teppenade on center of bread.
  • Top with vegetables & meats
  • Shread Cheese on top
  • Bake 375 10 minutes
  • bake an additional 15 minutes with foil over edge if it is getting too brown
  • Temp of done bread is 195F cook till middle crust is done, bottom will be golden
