How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Cook turkey and onion in large skillet on medium heat until no longer pink.
  • Stir in tomato sauce,paste,water and all seasonings.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to low,then simmer for 10 minutes,stirring occasionally.
  • Boil pasta according to directions on package,drain well.
  • Stir pasta and well-drained spinach into sauce until well mixed.
  • Spread 1/2 of the pasta mixture into a 11x7 baking dish.
  • Spread ricotta cheese over pasta.
  • Top with remaining pasta mixture.
  • Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for 15 minutes,or until heated through.
  • Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
  • Makes 6 cups.
  • *Serve with warm sourdough rolls and tossed green salad.
  • YUMMY!
