Ingredients
  • * 8 ounces dry couscous
  • * 1½ cups water
  • * 1 tsp. fresh chopped dill
  • * 1 tsp. fresh chopped mint
  • * ½ tsp. salt
  • * 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • * 1/8 tsp. white pepper
  • * 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • * 1 can mandarin oranges

Directions
  1. 1. Place water, salt, sugar, pepper and olive oil in a sauce pan and bring to a boil.
  2. 2. Remove from heat and add couscous cover and let stand for about 7 minutes.
  3. 3. Fold in oranges, juice, and fresh herbs.
  4. 4. Let stand for 2-3 minutes.
