Pronto Nacho Salad

- 1-1/4 cups reduced fat tortilla chips shopping list
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese (I used sour cream) shopping list
- 3 Tbsp. thick 'n chunky salsa shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. shredded lettuce shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. chopped tomato shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. sliced green onion shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. mild cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- LAYER chips, cottage cheese, salsa, lettuce, tomato and onion on serving plate.
- Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
- NOTE: this is so quick to make. You can dress it up with other things like olives or Salsa anything that you like.
