How to make it

  • In saucepan over medium heat combine artichoke hearts and apple juice then bring to simmer.
  • Stir in lemon juice and honey then add salt and summer uncovered until liquid reduces slightly.
  • Transfer to serving plate and sprinkle with parsley.
