Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter

10 ounces frozen peas

1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint

2 tablespoons minced parsley

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar

Mint sprigs for garnish

Directions

In a large skillet over medium heat melt butter.

Add peas then cover and cook 5 minutes.

Add lettuce, chopped mint and parsley and cook uncovered until lettuce wilts.

Toss occasionally then season with salt and sugar and garnish with mint.
