How to make it

  • Beat egg and add milk.
  • Peel and slice cucumbers then dip into cracker crumbs.
  • Lay cucumber slices out to dry a little then dip into egg mixture and then again in crumbs.
  • Fry in butter or vegetable oil until golden brown then drain on paper towels.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
