Hammy Brown Egg Casserole

- 16 ounces shredded hash browns, thawed and refrigerated shopping list
- 16 ounces ham shopping list
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 6 eggs shopping list
- 3/4 cup half & half shopping list
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1 tablespoon flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup sweet onion, diced shopping list
- 1 red pepper, chopped shopping list
- 4 ounces diced green chile peppers shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 9" square baking dish with a non-stick spray.
- Spread hash browns evenly in baking dish.
- Layer ham and shredded cheese over hash browns and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Stir until well blended.
- Pour over hash browns in baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes, uncovered.
- Cut into squares and serve warm.
