Frosted Brownie Pizza

This is one of those dessert pizzas you can't just eat one piece of. The brownie crust and creamy peanut butter frosting along with its crunchy toppings make it a must have. My daycare kids love this, but be careful as it is really rich!
Ingredients
- 2 squares (1-oz.each) unsweetened chocolate shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter(no substitutes) shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour shopping list
- 2 eggs, well beaten shopping list
- Frosting: shopping list
- 1 cup confectioners sugar shopping list
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract shopping list
- 2-4 Tbsp. milk shopping list
- Toppings: shopping list
- 3/4 cup plain M&M's shopping list
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut, toasted shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted shopping list
How to make it
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter, chocolate and sugar.
- Remove from the heat; stir in flour until smooth.
- Add eggs and beat until smooth.
- Spread onto a greased 12-in. pizza pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Cool completely.
- For frosting, in a mixing bowl, beat sugar, peanut butter, vanilla and enough milk to achieve desired spreading consistency.
- Spread over brownie crust.
- Top with M&M's, coconut and pecans.
