Pineapple Zucchini Bread

- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup oil shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 2 t vanilla shopping list
- 2 cups shredded zucchini shopping list
- 1 can (8 1/4) crushed pineapple, drained shopping list
- 3 cups flour shopping list
- 2 t baking soda shopping list
- 1 t salt shopping list
- 1/4 t baking powder shopping list
- 1 1/2 t cinnamon shopping list
- 3/4 t nutmeg shopping list
- 1 cup currants or raisins shopping list
- 1 cup chopped walnuts shopping list
How to make it
- Beat: eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla until thick
- Stir in and blend well remaining ingredients. Pour into 2 greased 5x9 loaf pans.
- Bake a 350 degrees for 1 hour.
