Ingredients

16 oz freshly brewed coffee of your choice

1 tbsp dried chili flakes

1 dried clove

1 stick of cinnamon

4 oz coconut milk

Ice (if desired)

Sweeteners or honey (if desired)

Directions

Make your coffee. If you use a French press like I do, feel free to add the dried spices to your coffee while it is steeping. Otherwise, bundle the spices in a little cheesecloth and throw it into your coffee pot so it can infuse as the coffee drips (or whatever it does).

After 4-6 minutes (depending on how strong you like it) of steeping with the spices, remove the spice pouch or lower the plunger in your press (the stuff will be on the bottom anyway, no fishing needed).

If icing, allow coffee to cool for a few minutes. I put mine into a cocktail mixer and shake it with ice to speed the process up.

Pour coffee into four glasses, adding ice if desired. Slowly add coconut milk to each glass and enjoy!

**TIP** This separates out nicely like a Thai tea so be sure to put away your dingy mugs and bring out some pretty glasses and everyone will not only enjoy the taste but love the look!
