How to make it

  • Hotdogs or fully cooked sausages: Place Hotdogs or sausages on the rack of an uncovered grill directly over medium heat; grill for 3 to 7 minutes or until heated through, turning once halfway through grilling.
  • Uncooked sausages: Prick sausages with a fork. Place sausages on grill rack over a drip pan. Cover and grill for 20 to 30 minutes or until temperature reads 160 degree F on an instant-read thermometer inserted horizontally into sausage.
  • Place hotdogs or sausages in buns. Spoon on assorted toppings.
  • *To Toast Buns: Spread a little mayo or butter on the buns, grill directly over medium heat about 1 minute, watch carefully, they can burn quickly.
