Ingredients
  • CREAMY RICE PUDDING
  • 2/3 c. uncooked rice
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 2 qt. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • Sprinkles of nutmeg
  • Bake in 350 degree oven for 2 hours, stirring occasionally first hour. 1/2 cup raisins may be added 1/2 hour before end of baking time if desired. Pudding thickens as it cools.
