Ingredients
  • 1/2 - 12 oz package Catelli multi-coloured (white, red, green) macaroni pasta
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dill seeds, crushed
  • 1/8 tsp celery seeds
  • 2 tbsps sweet relish
  • Salad:
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup celery, thinly sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup canned whole kernel corn
  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 2 tbsps pimiento, chopped or pimiento-stuffed olives, chopped

Directions
  1. Cook the macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water; drain again. Cool.
  2. Salad Dressing:
  3. Combine 1/4 cup lemon juice to 1 cup evaporated milk in a saucepan, cook and stir constantly until thickened over low-medium heat. Add 1/4 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing, 1 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper, 1/4 tsp. dill seeds, 1/8 tsp. celery seeds and 2 tbsps. sweet relish.
  4. In a large serving bowl, combine cooked macaroni with 1 cup thinly sliced celery, 1/2 cup finely chopped onion, 1/2 cup canned whole kernel corn, 1 cup diced cooked ham and 2 tbsps chopped pimiento or pimiento-stuffed olives. Pour salad dressing mixture over macaroni, toss lightly and chill about 2 hours. Serve on salad greens.
