Ingredients
  • 1 lb ( 450 g.) extra lean ground beef
  • 1 pkg. ( 120 g ) Stove top stuffing Mix for chicken
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup Cheese Whiz Or grated process cheese
  • Options for mini meatloaf
  • Options 1 BARBQ- STYLE
  • ( add in ) ......1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup BarBQ Sauce
  • Options 2 iTALIAN-STYLE
  • ( add in )........1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup pasta sauce
  • Options 3 MEXICAN-STYLE
  • ( add in )........2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 cup chunky salsa

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 375 F. Mix meat, stuffing mix, water and add in ( see add in options).
  2. Press into 8 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Make an indentatation in center of each meatloaf with a spoon; fill with sauce ( options )
  4. Bake 30 min. or until cooked through (160 F ). Top with cheese continue baking 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
