Ingredients

1 lb ( 450 g.) extra lean ground beef

1 pkg. ( 120 g ) Stove top stuffing Mix for chicken

1 cup water

1/4 cup Cheese Whiz Or grated process cheese

Options for mini meatloaf

Options 1 BARBQ- STYLE

( add in ) ......1 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 cup BarBQ Sauce

Options 2 iTALIAN-STYLE

( add in )........1 tsp. Italian seasoning

1/2 cup pasta sauce

Options 3 MEXICAN-STYLE

( add in )........2 tsp. chili powder

1/2 cup chunky salsa

Directions

Heat oven to 375 F. Mix meat, stuffing mix, water and add in ( see add in options).

Press into 8 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.

Make an indentatation in center of each meatloaf with a spoon; fill with sauce ( options )

Bake 30 min. or until cooked through (160 F ). Top with cheese continue baking 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
