Garden Vegetable Egg Scramble

- 6 large eggs shopping list
- 3 tablespoons milk shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter shortening shopping list
- OR 2 tablespoons butter shortening Sticks shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot shopping list
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion shopping list
- 1/8 cup shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- WHISK together eggs, milk, salt and pepper in medium bowl. Set aside.
- MELT shortening in medium skillet. Add green pepper; cook and stir over medium heat until tender. Stir in carrot and green onion. Add egg mixture. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently with spatula, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in cheese; cook an additional 1 to 2 minutes or until desired doneness.
