Chocolate and chestnut marble cream

- 1pt heavy cream shopping list
- 3-4 oz sweetened chestnut puree shopping list
- 8 oz plain chocolate shopping list
- 4 oz caster sugar shopping list
- 2 oz brandy shopping list
- 2 tbs water shopping list
- 6 brandysnap baskets shopping list
- vanilla ess shopping list
How to make it
- melt chocolate in glass bowl over hot water
- stir in brandy and water, set aside in warm
- whip the cream vanilla and sugar together to soft peak
- fold 1/3 of cream into chestnut puree
- very lightly combine all to give a coarse marble effect
- allow to set firm in fridge
- using a small serving/ large dessert spoon dipped in hot water draw it accross the marble cream to produce an egg shape(like curling butter) put straight into brandysnap baskets 3-4 per basket, decorate as you will, fresh raspberries are good as is chocolate sauce(just make more of the choc,brandy,water mix)
