Macaroni Salad Recipe

How to make it

  • Cook the macaroni as instructed in package
  • Cut the ham in small squares
  • Cut the Jalapenos in small pieces
  • After the macaroni is done drain it (do not wash with cold/hot water)
  • Put it in a bowl add the mayo, pepper and salt mix it good
  • Add the ham and jalapenos, also pour in some of the juice from the jalapenos mix good (don’t pour in too much juice, only enough to give it a good spicy taste.)
  • Add the corn and mix again.
