Ingredients

1/3 cup Pecan Halves

1/2 tsp. cinnamon sugar

5 cups torn mixed salad greens

1 large pear, thinly sliced

1/2 cup Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese Crumbles

1/4 cup dried cranberries

1/3 cup Zesty Italian Dressing

Directions

PLACE pecans in microwaveable pie plate sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar; toss to coat. Spread evenly onto bottom of pie plate. Microwave on HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 min. or until toasted, stirring every 30 sec.

MEANWHILE, toss greens with pears, cheese and cranberries in large bowl.

ADD pecans and dressing just before serving; mix lightly.
