Ingredients
  • chop 1 onion,4 tomatos,1 head of lettuce
  • toss with 4 oz grated cheddra cheese, 8 oz 1000 isloand dressing
  • and hot sauce to taste
  • crunch add i small bag of doritos
  • slice add 1 large avacodo
  • brown 1 lb ground beef , add 1 can 15 oz drained kidney beans, 1/4
  • 1/4 tea salt, simmer for 10 minutes an mix into cold salad
  • decorate with doritos ,avacodo an tomato slices
  • serve right away

Directions
  1. don't forget to drain the grease off the beef
