Ingredients
- 1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple (drained until quite dry)
- 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
- 1/2 c. lime juice (fresh preferably)
- Few drops green food coloring
- 1 baked 8 inch pie crust
- Whipped cream or topping
- Chocolate shavings
Directions
- Mix first three ingredients well.
- Add food coloring as desired.
- Pour into baked pie shell.
- Chill at least 3 hours before serving.
- Immediately before serving top with whipped cream or topping as you would meringue.
- Sprinkle with chocolate shavings in center.
