How to make it

  • Mix first three ingredients well.
  • Add food coloring as desired.
  • Pour into baked pie shell.
  • Chill at least 3 hours before serving.
  • Immediately before serving top with whipped cream or topping as you would meringue.
  • Sprinkle with chocolate shavings in center.
