How to make it

  • first put potato in micro, stick with a fork a few times first, for 6 minutes
  • it should not be mushy
  • heat oil and put in chopped onion
  • cook on low and swish it around, so it won't burn
  • put beef in a bowl and mush it up a bit with a fork
  • Add beef to pan
  • peel baked potato and cut into small pieces
  • Add to pan and heat on low add water if you need it
  • flatten like a thick pancake so it gets crispy but not too crispy
  • In a small pan fry the eggs
  • while the hash is cooking.
  • put hash on 2 plates and put 2 eggs on top of each
  • I didn't add salt or pepper cause the beef is pretty salty
  • Sorry, I forgot; but if you want biscuits, which I knew mom would, put in oven when you start all this. I used a can of 4 refregerated ones.
