No Heat Chili

- 1 small onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 lb. hamburger shopping list
- 2 (15.5 oz) cans red kidney beans, drained and rinsed shopping list
- 1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes shopping list
- 1 (12 oz) can tomato paste shopping list
- 3 cups water shopping list
- 1 pkg Williams chili Seasoning, (seasons 2 lb. meat) shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. sugar shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Spray a medium-sized pot with Pam. Put in chopped onion, and saute over medium flame until yellow. (About 5 min)
- Add hamburger and brown. (About 5 min)
- Add drained and rinsed kidney beans, diced tomatoes (with juice), tomato paste, water, Williams Chili Seasoning, sugar, salt and pepper.
- Bring to boil, then reduce the heat to simmer.
- Simmer 10 minutes, or as long as you wish. Flavors improve with long cooking.
