This is the second vinegar pie.

Ingredients
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 Tbsps. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 or 4 Tbsps. vinegar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • Dash of nutmeg

Directions
  1. Combine sugar, water, flour and egg yolks and cook until thick.
  2. Add butter, vinegar and nutmeg to baked pie shell.
  3. Cover with meringue and bake until meringue is brown.
  4. Six servings.
