Ingredients
  • Apricot And Pineapple Marmalade
  • 1 lb. dried apricots
  • 1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
  • 3 1/2 c. cold water
  • 2 1/2 c .sugar
  • Grind apricots through food chopper. Add water, let stand overnight. Add sugar, pineapple and juice. Cook one hour, or until thick. Put in hot jars and seal.

Oh, thank you! When I moved many years ago, I lost all my jelly and such recipes. I used to make all my own jelly and marmalades, jams. Even invented my own recipe that you could us apple juice and add other berries and get great berry jelly. Berries being quite exspensive, it was great. I use this recipe to make a sweet and sour sauce.
