How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • With an electric mixer, cream together butter and sugars. Add in eggs and vanilla.
  • In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Now add the walnuts, marshmallows, and chocolate chips.
  • Roll dough into 1 or 2 inch balls and place on paper-lined baking sheet. Bake for 9 minutes, or until the top of the cookies start to look slightly dry.
  • Allow to cool (if you can) and pour yourself a nice big glass of milk. :)

Yes cookies are great tasting...but they didn't come out like picture posted? ;( Should I have mixed by hand instead of mixer? The cookies came out flat! ;( My first two batches came out flat, third I cooked for 5 minutes vs. 9 and they ALMOST looked like the picture, so now I will try for 4 minutes???

Awesome cookie. You have tor try it!!! Couple of helpful suggestions though:
    1. You must roll the cookie. If you use a cookie scoop it falls apart during baking 2. Do not use more than 1 c marshmallows otherwise they melt and create a hardened goo. 3. Highly recommend you use a silicon mat or cookie sheet because these can stick otherwise.
