creamy nutty tuna sammichs

this is a full blown foo foo sandwich you need white gloves and a snobby look
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz pk cream cheese shopping list
- 2 tbl lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayo shopping list
- 1 cup flaked tuna shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped green olives shopping list
- 1/4 tea creole seasoning shopping list
- butter shopping list
- 18 slices bread shopping list
How to make it
- in a mixing bowl, blend togather cream cheese,lemon juice and mayo. fold in chopped olives and flaked tuna. season
- spread all slices of bread with butter, then with filling
- remove crust from sandwichs and cut in 4 , yielding 4 triangles.
- butter edges and dip in chopped pecans.
- place in freezer until needed.
- garnish with sweet pickle sticks and potato chips
- 3 dozz appetizers
