Looks very good and nutritious! I have been putting flax seeds in baked stuff lately, but don't grind. It adds a nice crunch and flavor, and In my little mind, flax seeds remove 3 times more plaque from my blood vessels than the expensive/lots of side effects pharmaceuticals that are advertised very heavily.
