Cheese Lovers Tuna Casserole Recipe
Quick, cheap and easy. Topped with cheese and garlic flavored croutons and bake until bubbly! Re-heats well in the microwave for lunch.

Ingredients
  • 1 heaping C uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2-6 oz. cans tuna, drained
  • 3/4 to 1 pound shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 C seasoned croutons (or Ritz crackers, mashed finely in a Zip Lock bag)
  • Pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 (175 degrees C)
  2. Bring a large pot of lightly satled water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minuites until al dente; drain.
  3. In a 9 X 13 baking dish, combine soup, tuna, and half of the cheese. Mix well
  4. Add cooked pasta to dish and mix together. Put remaining shredded cheese on top and add croutons.
  5. Cover and bake 25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
