Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. Duncan Hines Deluxe Butter Recipe Golden Cake Mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. solid pack pumpkin
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1 c. walnuts, chopped

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Grease and flour two 8 inch pans.
  3. Combine cake mix, eggs, water, pumpkin, cinnamon,
  4. ginger and nutmeg in large bowl. Beat at medium speed with
  5. electric mixer. Stir in 1 cup walnuts. Pour batter into
  6. cake pans. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes until
  7. toothpick inserted in center cools and frost with a vanilla
  8. frosting.
