Crispy Raspberry Thumbprint Cookies Recipe

How to make it

  • Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
  • Combine cakemix, oil, water & egg
  • Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended
  • Add cereal & walnuts & mix until well blended
  • Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets
  • Use thumb to make indentation in each cookie
  • Spoon about 1/2 tsp preserves into center of each cookie
  • Bake 9 - 11 mins or until golden brown
  • Cool cookies on baking sheet about 3 mins
  • Move to wire racks to cool completely
