White Chocolate Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake

- Crust: shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup chocolate gram cracker shopping list
- 2 tbsp sugar shopping list
- 6 tbsp butter, melted shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 3 oz white baking chocolate, melted shopping list
- 3 tbsp red raspberry preserves, melted shopping list
How to make it
- Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients; mix well.
- Firmly press mixture into bottom and sides of lightly greased 9" pie tin or spring pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Filling:
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until well blended.
- Add eggs; mix until blend.
- Stir in white chocolate.
- Pour into cooled crust.
- Dot top on cheesecake with a spoon. Cut cheese cake several times, creating marble effect.
- Bake for 35-40 min, or until center is almost set.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
