Ingredients
  • 150 gr medium shrimps shell and tails of chopped.
  • 1 pack frozen pastry dough defrosted, if you can find use frozen circles is easier.
  • 2 medium onions chopped.
  • 2 medium tomatoes chopped.
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped.
  • 1 green bell pepper chopped.
  • 250 gr mushrooms chopped.
  • 2 tbs olive oil.
  • 2 tbs margarine.
  • 1 hard boiled egg chopped.
  • 1/2 ts ground chili.
  • 1 egg yolk.
  • salt, pepper to taste.

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 200C.
  2. In a frying pan heat oil and margarine and saute onion and garlic on low till soft ( 7-10 min).
  3. Add tomato, bell pepper and mushroom, taste with salt and pepper, cook 10 min more on medium heat.
  4. Add egg and shrimps, chili and cook and stirr 20 min more on low heat add salt pepper to taste.
  5. Let mixture cool down.
  6. Cut dough in circles of ca 15 cm, put 2 tbs mixture on half dough circle, wet edges and flip over, press together to seal.
  7. Top with egg yolk and bake 20 min.
  8. I use a turnover flipper.

We have some friends that like to fix Greek dishes for a get together or party, this is one that I have not seen there, but we will the next time. Looks great, will be trying it.
