Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice from concentrate
  • Few drops yellow food coloring
  • Whipped topping

Directions
  1. Combine margarine, crumbs and sugar; press into 9 inch square pan. In bowl, beat egg yolks; stir in sweetened condensed milk then lemon juice and food coloring. Pour into crust. Top with whipped topping. Freeze until firm.
