Ingredients
  • Asian Barbecue Sauce
  • • 3 cups mild barbecue sauce
  • • 3 cups smoky barbecue sauce
  • • 1-1/2 cups pineapple juice
  • • 3/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • • 3 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
  • • 3/4 tsp. Oriental 5-spice powder
  • 1. Combine above ingredients in saucepan. Bring mixture to boil, stirring to blend thoroughly. Reduce heat to simmer for 30 minutes.
  • 2. Use sauce to glaze grilled meats and poultry. Allow 2-1/2 oz. for each serving of meat.
