Soy and lemon chicken breasts down quickly in saute pan. Easy and delicious

Ingredients
  • 1lb.boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 egg white,beaten
  • 1/2c bread crumbs
  • 1-2Tbs canola or olive oil
  • 3Tbs lemon juice
  • 3-4Tbs soy sauce

Directions
  1. Pound chicken breasts until they aee of uniform thickness. Dip in egg white and then breadcrumbs. Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and saute on both sides till almost golden. Add lemon juice and sauce which have been combined. Cover and cook for 5-10 mins or just till tender.
  2. You can also cut chicken in small cubes. prepare the same way except stir-frying instead of sauteing.
