How to make it

  • In a bowl mix soy sauce, vinegar, alittle salt and pepper. Then add the chicken. Set aside.
  • Heat pan and put olive oil. Add onion and garlic.
  • Once garlic is lightly brown and onion is transparent, add the chicken. Cook until meat is tender.
  • Lower down the heat, then add the coconut milk in the pan. Stir and let simmer.
  • Add vegetables and bell pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add curry powder in small quantities and stirring them in so it'll mix well with the coconut milk.
  • Cook for 5 minutes. Add some chili paste / chili sauce if you want it scipy hot. Serve with rice! (^_^)
