How to make it

  • Cook pasta in water & chicken bouillon/soup mix. Drain & cool. Mix vegetables into cooled pasta.
  • Mix sauce & add to cooled pasta mix. Set overnight so sauce soaks into pasta.
  • This makes a lot of sauce so you may have left overs for other salads if you like.

    I use white vinegar, but red wine vinegar sounds yummy too. Let me know how it works for you and I will try it myself when I get a chance to try it.
