Ingredients
  • 1 lb hamburger browned and drained or
  • strips of flank steak grilled your choice
  • 1 med onion fine chopped
  • 1 cup beer
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning
  • 1 cup cheese any type you wish shredded
  • 1/4 head lettuce chopped
  • 1 med tomato chopped
  • sour cream
  • a taco puff

Directions
  1. cook and stir beef in a large skillet drain
  2. stir in beer and taco seasonings simmer 10 minutes
  3. place the mixture on a taco puff in your plate

  5. taco puff
  6. brush a tortilla with olive oil
  7. place on a upside down foffee cup in your oven
  8. heat it at 350 degrees the the tortilla will make the shape of a bowl

  10. pico de gallo
  11. 1/2 cup fine diceed onion
  12. 1/4 cup diced tomatoes roma
  13. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  14. 1 juice of lime
  15. diced and seeded and deveined jalapino
  16. mix all and put on top
