Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup margarine, soft
- 1 egg
- 1 box confectioners’ sugar
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- Variation:
- 1 box German chocolate cake mix (replace yellow)
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Directions
- Mix yellow cake mix, margarine and egg with fork and press into 13 x 9 inch greased pan. Combine sugar, cream cheese and
- eggs. Beat 5 minutes. Pour over above mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

I think this would be good, too, using an orange cake mix, as a change from the yellow cake mix.
