THis is wonderful. I have made this for about 20 years and it my most popular recipe requested.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb Mexican Velvetta Cheese, cubed
  • 1 lb cream cheese, softened
  • 1 lb pepper jack cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups prepared chicked gravy
  • 1/3 cup diced green chilies
  • 1 tsp chili powder

Directions
  1. heat the chicken gravy in a pot on the stove top on medium low heat. Add the cheeses, one at a time, stirring well after each additon. Lastly add in the chilies and chili powder. THis is wonderful just like this. We thin this out a little for use with enchiladas. We add shredded chicken, green onion and corn tortillas and bake, you got dinner. Enjoy
