Mexican Corn Dip Recipe
A creamy cheesy corn dip served warm. This recipe can also be halved.

Ingredients
  • 2 cans (11oz) Mexican corn, drained
  • 2 cups of Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups of mayonnaise
  • 10-20 jalapeno slices, chopped
  • Tortilla chips or Frito scoops

Directions
  1. Mix all the ingredients together and place in an 11x8 baking dish.
  2. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes
  3. Serve with chips.
