Ingredients

2lbs of ground beef

1 package of fresh mushrooms

1 hard boiled egg

1tsp soy sauce

2 tbs of Lawry's Garlic Salt-add more if you enjoy more

2tbs of Lawry's seasoning salt-add more if you enjoy more

1cup of ketchup

1 baking sheet

Directions

Preheat oven to 375

get out the baking sheet and spray it with non-stick spray, put aside

chop mushrooms up finely

in a medium mixing blow mix mushrooms, beef, soy, garlic and seasoning salt with your hands making sure to get every ingredient mixed will within the meat

take half the mixture and mold the bottom of the loaf on the baking sheet

place the hard boiled egg in the middle

take the rest of the meat mixture and cover the egg completely, mold to your desire

with a spatula, spread the ketchup over the top of the meatloaf nice and evenly

bake for 30-35 minutes, until center is cook all the way through.
