How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375
  • get out the baking sheet and spray it with non-stick spray, put aside
  • chop mushrooms up finely
  • in a medium mixing blow mix mushrooms, beef, soy, garlic and seasoning salt with your hands making sure to get every ingredient mixed will within the meat
  • take half the mixture and mold the bottom of the loaf on the baking sheet
  • place the hard boiled egg in the middle
  • take the rest of the meat mixture and cover the egg completely, mold to your desire
  • with a spatula, spread the ketchup over the top of the meatloaf nice and evenly
  • bake for 30-35 minutes, until center is cook all the way through.
