Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe
A traditional slow cooked bolognese, served with spaghetti.

Ingredients
  • 3 Onions, Finely Diced.
  • 4 Carrots, Grated.
  • 5 Celery Sticks, Diced into small squares.
  • 3 kg Beef Mince.
  • 3kg Tin of Crushed Tomatoes.
  • 1 Cup of White Wine.
  • 4 Tablespoons of Beef Flavored Booster.
  • 2 Tablespoons of Garlic.
  • Handful of Oregano.
  • Smaller Handful of Thyme.
  • Even Smaller Handful of Rosemary.
  • Half a Cup of Vegetable Oil.

Directions
  1. 1. Cook onions, Carrot, Celery and Garlic in large pot with the Vegetable oil, Oregano, Thyme and Rosemary, until soft.
  2. 2. Add 3kg tin of Crushed Tomatoes, then fill the tin halfway with water and add to pot.
  3. 3. Add white wine to the pot with Beef booster.
  4. 4. Add the mince and lightly break it down and stir in.
  5. 5. Leave for 4 hours on the stove at about low-medium heat, stirring when boiling (slightly bubbling.)
