How to make it

  • 1. Cook onions, Carrot, Celery and Garlic in large pot with the Vegetable oil, Oregano, Thyme and Rosemary, until soft.
  • 2. Add 3kg tin of Crushed Tomatoes, then fill the tin halfway with water and add to pot.
  • 3. Add white wine to the pot with Beef booster.
  • 4. Add the mince and lightly break it down and stir in.
  • 5. Leave for 4 hours on the stove at about low-medium heat, stirring when boiling (slightly bubbling.)

    i tried this twicelast week. It is good. The second time i changed it a abit in that i left out the carrots and celery and added basil and i tbs of tomato sauce.
