Lemon-rosemary Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1/3 c. lemon juice

¼ c. olive oil

2 T. dried rosemary (I like fresh rosemary)

1 lg. clove garlic, minced

2 T. liquid honey

2 T. Dijon mustard

Directions

Marinade chicken in first 4 ingredients for approximately 3 hours, turning often. BBQ as per usual using the last 2 ingredients as a baste. (Discard the marinade)
