Ingredients

3/4 cup pancake mix

1/2 cup water

3 eggs

1/4 cup and 1 tablespoon sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup butter

3 cups thinly sliced peeled apples

5 teaspoons brown sugar

1/4 cup chopped pecans

1/2 cup raisins

Raspberry syrup

Vanilla yogurt

Directions

In bowl combine pancake mix, water, eggs and 1 tablespoon sugar then mix well and set aside.

In small bowl combine 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon and set aside.

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and sauté apples until tender.

Place 1 teaspoon of butter and 1 teaspoon of brown sugar in each ramekin then place in oven.

When butter and brown sugar have melted spoon in sautéed apples.

Top with pecans and raisins then pour 3-1/2 tablespoons batter over apples.

Sprinkle sugar cinnamon mix over batter and bake at 450 for 12 minutes.

Top with raspberry syrup and vanilla yogurt.
