Ingredients
  • 1/3 C fresh mint leaves plus sprigs for garnish
  • 2 t sugar
  • 1-1/2 C store-bought peach juice
  • 1 can club soda
  • 1/2 C bourbon
  • crushed ice

Directions
  1. In a medium bowl or pitcher, combine mint and sugar.
  2. With a wodden spoon, mash leaves until buised.
  3. Sitr in peach juice, club soda, and bourbon
  4. Serve over crushed ice and garnish with more mint.
