How to make it

  • Combine water and salt in a small pot, bring to a boil.
  • Add bulgur and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat, cover and let stand 15 minutes.
  • Stir in beets, cranberries, vinegar, broth and pepper.
  • Serve immediately or chill.

    I buy Unico brand, or sometimes the store brand. I haven't found anythigng really spectactular these days. Sherry vinegar used to be my favourite though!

    Hi jojoba ! this sounds very good. Could you clue me in on a red wine vinegar company that I might find in Fort Erie? (I live across the Peace Bridge). The stuff I have found stateside is yucky. thanks lots!!
